Most claims do not need to be reported to your insurance company until the next business day, but if it is an emergency situation where further damage may occur if corrective steps are not taken immediately, please contact your insurance company directly to report the claim.

Even if you report the claim directly to your insurance company it’s a good idea to contact us on the next business day to let us know what happened, we will be able to provide valuable advice on the claims process.
